Getting started
Discovery & Onboarding
We start with a discovery call to understand your business, your audience, and what you need the website to achieve. I’ll ask for your brand assets — logo, fonts, colours, imagery — so the design feels cohesive from day one. A deposit and services agreement lock in your project start date.
Getting the words right
Copywriting
Great design can only do so much if the words aren’t right. I work with a trusted copywriter who can handle your website copy if needed — researching the right keywords and crafting content that sounds like you and works for SEO. If you’re writing your own copy, it needs to be provided before the design phase begins so we stay on schedule.
Building the foundation
Homepage Design & Review
The homepage sets the tone for everything. I’ll design it first — establishing the overall layout, visual direction, and user experience. You’ll have two rounds of revisions to make sure it’s exactly right before we move on.

Additional Pages
Once the homepage is approved, I’ll build out the remaining pages using the same design system — consistent, cohesive, and built to work together as a whole site.
